I said to my husband this morning "I am either on a weight gain program or a weight loss program". I can't figure out what I am happiest doing, when on an eatathon the food is really thrilling when eating code food (unprocessed) I feel alive and love the results. I say often to my niece "beauty is pain Darling". I know that when I just eat code food (before I became a step Mother I did)I am a weight I adore myself in. I started 2 days ago and this is day 3. In the last 4 months I have gained 10 kilos. In the last 3 years I have gained 20 kilos. I maintain that I am a binger but others disagree. Food isn't that great really.
My Father who I adore just died. Stuffed things up. I have no excuses now except my boys drive me crazy. I want you to stick with this Yummy. I am going to really try. This is my first post.

Good on you, soon2bayummymummy. It's makes it so much easier when your partner is on board with the cooking and exercise. Glad you're enjoying your exercise! Personally I think that's half the battle won already!

Oh yes yes yes it is vital to get the husbands supporting us. I have created a plan that punishes my boys if they put me off.
I get rewarded for good days and grams lost. I fine them if they trip me up.

I issue them with a fine if they rattle me and cause me to eat. $5.00 for the 13 year old $20 for the old one (Husband).
Everyday that I don't pick up junk/empty calorie food + do activity and drink water I get paid $20 cash.
Every 500grams that I have lost earns me $5.00 on the weigh in day.
If I go outside of my code food plan (unprocessed food) and if I pick up childrens party food which I love (twisties, lollies, cake, pies....)I have to give back all the money earnt plus the amount of gram (5 per 500 grams)money that I have gained.

I get to weigh myself this Monday I told Dick (the paymaster) because I only conceived the idea today that the reward punishment plan would only start today.

There was a little anguish with the "them getting a fine" thing. The document however has been signed.

Go girls, knitting makes you slim is my tip for the day and my word is FOCUS.
