Hey all, its been a while since I last posted. I have realised I need to keep posting here, for me to keep up my motiviation. I weighed in this morning, and was 84.5kg. I have a few days off work because I am sick AGAIN... I am sure I will loose weight this week, because I am not eating. I shouldnt celebrate about loosing weight that way. I might try and eat some stir fry for dinner...
I finally have a dietition appointment and sooo looking forward to it. Its next month though, so I am going to start using CK again and use that as a guide. I have also promised myself I am going to make some new goals, as I want to try and look good for summer.
My new goals are
To lose half to a kilo a week
eat at least 1 piece of fruit a day
drink 2 liters of water
only eat take away once a week, and if I eat it more then will be doing extra excerise
make sure i walk at least 4 times a week.....
I am quiet pumped to do this now, I really feel like I am ready and am sick of making excuses for myself. I need to start looking after myself...
