Hey guys! Checking in with my report haven't been on here for a while!
I'm sure you know how it is! Anyway, my partner and I are still going to the gym, I've got down to 84.5kgs from 90kgs!!!
And he's really looking good too!
And my depression has almost gone! Exercise is good! (I'll keep on telling myself that!) Anyone who has depression out there, join a gym, It'll do wonders trust me!
