welcome aboard, Rayne - plenty of support and encouragement here. Just remember that the healthiest way to lose weight (and maintain in the long-term) is 0.5-1kg per week. Best of luck :)

Looks like the original poster's posts have been deleted leaving behind a nonsensical mess. The poster had big goals (30kg by Sept) if I remember correctly and my comment for weightloss around .5-1kg and James suggesting they were big goals was somehow interpreted as 'judgemental'.

Being supportive doesn't always mean agreeing everything someone posts here - that's what makes this a great community. Oh well, it's a shame this person didn't hang around to discover that.
