Hi again,

Well Im back. and 11kgs heavier than my first CK weigh in and at the same measurements as I used to be.
Basically I got Lazy and started eating Junk. Chocolate alllll the time and havent exercised!

To catch up since I was here last. I have not worked in over 2 months, this is because the docs have discoverent a congenital anomoly in my spine (6th vertebrae) its very very unusual (my specialist has never even HEARD of it let alone seen it before) and is causing quite a bit of pain. I also used that as an excuse to stop exercising *smacks hand* .

I have also during this time gone to the shops to releive boredom and hastily consumed at least 1 chocolate bar if not more before i got home.

So yep Im almost 100 Kgs and getting acne on my neck from the creases soo I cant do it anymore I NEED to lose weight.

welcome back :)

you're definitely not alone - i left & did almost the same thing & am back up to pretty much my highest weight. but we can do this.

sorry to hear about your back. is there exercise you can do? it sounds very painful :(

Hi its good to hear your back, and so sorry about your back. Did the doc say if there is anything that can be done? Does it hurt all the time or only when your doing certain things. You know we are here when ever you need us. Also

Happy Birthday Yoyogirl!!!

Sorry to hear about your back :( What sort of stuff does it stop you from doing? Have you talked to your doctor about exercising? Did he say that you can do it?

Sorry that you think the site is cliquey... I haven't seen it personally, but I know that we're all very supportive which is what you really need when losing weight... I hope you come back!!

:oops: :oops: :oops: Ok Apology Incoming!!!! forums copped the brunt of a mood swing then I felt guilty and now Ive plucked up the courage to write here again.

Im soooo sorry!!!

Ok so, my back. I'll write what the speciallist wrote after my CT scan.
1 Congenital absence og the left C6 pedicle.
2 The leftC5/C6 facet joint complex appears reversed in its usual orientation.
3 The superior articular facet of C6 on the left hand side is positioned posteriorly to the inferior facet of C5 thus giving the appearance of a facet dislocation.
4 Widening of the exit foramen for the C6 nerve due to the underlying unusual congenital anatomy.

So Jibberish to me.
All I know is that it is uncomfortable all the time and painful most of the time.
I basically am avoiding anything that puts preasure on my neck or requires me to put strain on my right arm/shoulder as thats where i get the aching pains. Like now.
To top all this off Ive been feeling really sown and stressed and have gone back onto antidepressants and my doc is trying me on another drug to try and see whether I also have a Bipolar issue. So happy times.

On a happy note we just sold our money-eating car(less stress) and now I have to walk everywhere.

I know this is getting long but I have been eating as well as i can considering the living arrangements and I have been doing at least 30 mins exercise a day. Ive got Walk Away the Pounds 3 and 4 miles. Ive also got a pilates abs Dvd a Cardio dance one and a body toning one.

And Ive been drinking lots of water and My man is sticking by me and being stern with me when I want chocolates or anything naughty.

I'm glad you came back, Yoyogirl! We all have mood swings from time to time and I'm sorry you felt a lack of support from the forum when you were experiencing one.

It sounds like you have a great exercise plan underway. I'm doubly impressed because of your current spinal issues. It must make exercise very painful so it's brilliant that you're sticking at it! I hope your doctor finds some drugs to help you with your depression and potential bi polar condition as well. I'm sure that would make things a bit easier for you.

And well done on eating healthy food. Hopefully that will give your moods a boost as well.

I'm sure you can do this. Good luck with your weight loss journey! I'm looking forward to reading your posts. :D

Hey guys, Its now TTotM BAH!!! So i went to the docs today and Im 97.5 on his scales YES!!! Ive lost a cm around my chest and a one around my hips. Ive stayed the same weight (according to the docs scales) since i started ttotm. My doc was a lill worried I might be pushing to hard so I'm going to have to ease up on the exercise a lil.

Its a bit sore today so I can understand.

Im happy with no loss if there is no gain. Ive been drinking lots of water and have been reasonale well behaved foodwise.

As you have said no loss sucks but it would suck more if you had put on. I went through the same thing a couple of weeks ago, it's enough to make a girl cry, but I more than made up for it last week.

those cm losses are great!! and if you can stay the same weight during totm, then i think that's a great achievement :)

how's your back feeling? still a bit sore?
