have been a couple of times.. i'm struggling a little as i have been sick, but i have been eating well..
i have been doing sit ups every day as well.. just as something extra..
i have lost 3 kilos now since the 5th of august so i am happy with that.. hopefully when i am a little better i can get to the gym mre and maintain losing a kilo a week.. i am a bridesmaid in october and i have to wear a hot pink dress.. so i am really trying to get down a little before then(all the other bridesmaids are size 8 and smaller :S)
