The start of the long hard journey!

Postby Zoe2312 » Tue Aug 12, 2008 9:52 am

Hi everyone, I'm 22 and live in Tassie. And I've finally decided to do something serious about my weight! I have lost 3.9kg (as of last Tuesday) and have 28.1 to go, and I weigh in again tonight... I've joined a Boot Camp and working hard to improve my diet, and I am sooo motivated to lose the weight :D

yes, it is great to get positive feedback. sometimes it's harder to notice the difference in your self, especially at first. :D

I was like that for the first 3 or 4 months, I couldn't notice much of a difference although my family said they could.
Now is different, I can notice the difference and not have to ask hubby 6 times a day if I have lost any weight  .

Zoe! Well done hun, I'm so proud of you - what a great result and you really deserve it from working so hard!

I was vomiting after bootcamp on Monday as well, but loved this morning!

No boxing for me...it's all army style drils...rolling around in the mud, sit ups, push ups and HEAPS of running this morning! We do team work with partners (Monday) and last week we had 3 teams and then 2 teams this morning (depending on fitness). How many times a week and what time of the day are you doing yours? Is it outside? Would you do it again?!
