it's 6am-7.15 3 times a week (monday wednesday friday). we do LOTS of cardio boxing (unbelieveably hard) running, push ups, sit ups, chin ups, static holds, etc etc yuck!ugh suicide runs are the worst thing. that made me feel sick this morning! apparently next week involves running with truck tyres. lol

oh and to answer your other question, yes i think i will do it again, my husband did the last one these people ran so he thinks he'll do the next one (he's a football player and really fit anyway, but he likes doing it) so we wil probably do it together. i think one of my friends is interested in doing it next time too so that would be good! :D

Fair point,
L'ton hasn't been that bad lately. Hobarts always a little more extreme weather wise, i think. Still, Can't wait till summer :)

THanks :D actually, this morning at Boot camp there were an odd number of people so for the boxing i was partnered with one of the trainers instead and she actually sadi that i looked like i'd dropped some kilos and she could notice when i was running :D so that gave me a massive pick up!
