I was so flat ... that I just walked out of the gym and cried in my car. It was such a big thing fo me to try and go back after all the crap that I put up with, then to be double booked, just killed my spirit.

I really don't know if I want to go back.

Don't give up - it won't solve anything and you'll only end up feeling worse in the long run. Reschedule your appointment, and if they ever double book you again, let them know that it isn't good enough. Demand to see another trainer instead, or ask your trainer to see both you and the other person they have double booked simultaneously, like a group workout. Alternatively, you could use the time to exercise on your own, until they can fit you in :)

I agree love! Don't give up!!
So many times I have been let down by friends that are meeting me at the gym and have considered just going home - and then done the workout and felt so much better for it!! :D
I find just getting into my gear to go to the gym is very motivating too - if I go home and sit on the lounge or open the fridge before putting my gym gear on I am less inclined to go..it is about finding that motivation and the thing that makes you click! :D

My trainer double booked me last Friday too... So he trained me and the person that he booked in at my time at the same time. And we didn't get charged for it.
I'd suggest hitting your trainer with that when you go back... "since you double booked me last time, how about a freebie, or half price session to make up for it" :lol:

Go get into that gym girl - it will make you feel so much better once you've done it. Trust me, I go through the same feelings at 4:30 am every morning... but at the end of it, I feel great!!
