Checking in - Day one

Postby beanie » Fri Aug 29, 2008 9:25 am

Ok, so day one went pretty well. But then again day one always goes well, its day 24,25,26 when I usually fall off the wagon.

So this was my food

B
All Bran Tropical Cereal and Pura Tone milk
2 coffees

L
Salad-lettuce, cucumber, capsicum, carrot & lo fat feta
Left over roasted chicken breast
Coke zero

S
Pear
Sml handfull of sultanas

D
mini homemade meatballs x 4
potato
corn & peas

I drank approx 2.5 lts of water
I also played a game of mixed netball, which really got the heart rate going.

I think day one went well. No chocolate so thats a start!!! I am pretty motivated today so fingers crossed for no chocolate again today and no red wine after work!!! Its Friday so will be hard!!! Im hoping to swap red wine for a gym workout, but I will have to see how my day at work pans out first.

Hope you are all on track today

Mmmmm sounds like you had a Yummy day. I cant shop for myself and our family is a "tad" unhealthy so my lunches consist of baked beans, spaghetti or eggs.

No my team didnt win :( it was our first game back after a year off playing as a team. I had really missed it. We used to be pretty good too, but its just for fun really, although some teams do tend to get abit b1tchy LOL. The ebd score was 20-38 which is abit sad, but not really what we are playing for IYKWIM?? Im sore today though LOL

So I may as well do my run down of todays food.

B
All Bran tropical w/pura tone (298 cals)

S
Snakata salt & vinegar (my fav) (102 cals)

L
baked beans on a toasted foccacia(272 cals)
coke zero

S
apple(how many cals??? 85??)

So thats approx 750 for today

For dinner its home made pizza with tomato base, chicken, pinapple, caps, lo fat feta, herbs and a sprinkle of lo fat tasty. Will work out the cals later. But should be fine the base is 220 for 1/4 pizza.

Hope you all had a good day.

I added up before I had dinner, so I reckon Ill be close to 1200 now. Thanks for worrying though :)

I am full now though LOL but I MAY have room for a nice glass of red!!

So all in all a successful day two I think.

Now, just have to talk myself into the gym in the morning
