Well, after a SHOCKING three weeks "off" I am back to personal training this week.
I had one great week of being very calm and discplined about my food choices, but then we had family to stay for a week (too many classes of wine and cheese platters) and then this past week I have given up the fags, so it has been BAD. Lolly city.
I got on the scales this morning, eeek. For the first time in this whole journey I have put weight on,
1.2kg in 3 weeks.
So I am a bit pissed off with myself to be honest, but I am not surprised. Annoyed with myself.
SO I think it is a bloody good thing that I am going back to personal training tonight, to get my focus back, if nothing else.
Off to CK to properly plan next weeks meals now.........
