I am back!
it has been over a year since I have been on here, and realised tonight how much I missed it!
Last year was one of maintainence for me, and the year I finally gave up cigarettes!
So, I lost no weight. BUT, I also haven't put on any weight either.
I have continued to train with a personal trainer and have seen my fitness levels soar, which is brilliant.
And I am a non smoker!
For over a year now. (I started smoking at aged 13, and I am now 40, so you can see it was a big big deal for me!)
So, 2008 was the year I lost a load of weight.
2009 was the year I gave up smoking.
2010 will be the year I finish this weight loss bizzo off for good..........
