I'm back to try again. I thought I finally had it all together earlier this year, and I was starting to lose weight. Got busy with work and family, and stopped being so careful - next thing I know, I've put it back on again. Oh yeah, also stopped exercising - duh!
Really missed you guys - amazing what a difference it made checking in with everyone's progress. Definitely inspiring. Once I stopped checking in with the forum I also stopped weighing in every day (I know that some think weighing in daily is a bad thing, but I look on it as damage control!). I knew it was time to get serious again when I'm in the bathroom, the scales are just there, I'm thinking about weighing myself but then I go "nah".
Anyway, the bad news - currently 104.1kg as of this morning. (And I was just over 100kg only 5 weeks ago)however
have eaten responsibly today - even when the spouse made a laksa for dinner (trust me to start again today of all days
) - actually ate breakfast, and opted for a grilled chicken breast with coleslaw for dinner instead. Half an hour on the treadmill. 4 glasses of water so far (maybe 5 - I've sort of lost count).
