weigh in day and not good results..
Last Week's Weight: 106.1kg
Current Weight: 107.4kg
So I gained back 1.3kg, and who knows where from because I haven't been eating much at all. Its the wrong time of the month to be weighing (if you know what I mean) so I think thats contributed to some gain. Also this week I started weights and resistance exercises so I may have built up some sorely needed muscles. Either that or I'm just making excuses
but my jeans have been getting looser at the waist each week and this didn't change this week so its not on my belly at least yay.
So now I have to blast that 1.3kg out of here again
