Oh crappa, I forget to weigh myself this morning... Dam it !!! Will do it tommorrow morning instead.
Tuesdays are going to be my weigh in day I have decided, thats good for me coz I wont be able to eat alot of crap on the weekends.
I am so pumped for this now, sick of feeling like crap both inside and out !!!
Today is going really well (I think)
The plan today is
breakfast - 2 pieces of burgen bread mixed grain with light philli (is light philli better then margarine) It was only lightly spread over
lunch- I had a salad with lettece, chicken, carrot, tomato, beetroot, cucumber and a slise of cheese, with paul newman dressing only about 1/2 a tsp.
snack - celery and light philli
I am going to eat my mango soon and dinner is home made pumpkin soup
I am drinking my water and for excerise I am still unwell so just going to do some stretchers to stretch my body out.
feeling quiet good, my body is feeling alot better already.. all in the mind maybe? oh and i havnt had very many smokes either... yay for me
