What kind of carbs are low GI EWQ? Also, with my Jarrah, I make it with 3 parts water, 1 part milk, but trying to just have 4 parts water. I've done this in the past (when I used to drink coffee... I slowly weaned myself onto no milk whatsoever and no sugar). Watery doesn't really bother me when it comes to drinks - it's when my sandwich is soggy that I start to complain :p
OMG... I went to sleep at 3.30 last night, was so proud - but damn DH let me sleep in until 2.30pm!!! I told him to wake me up at 12pm at the very latest!!! Grr... So now I've missed my chance for the gym
I know this sounds stupid, but I only like to go between 11am - 3pm because that's when there's little to no people there, and I can get in and get out of the changing rooms and the swimming pool and the gym in general without feeling like I'm being judged. So I'm forcing him to come for a bike ride with me tonight at about 10pm when it's nice and dark as a punishment :p Maybe now he'll remember to wake me up
(Yeah, I know, I had my alarm on too and I turned it off and went back to sleep - I rely on DH to make sure I'm awake when he's home especially when I'm trying to get my sleeping pattern in order!).
Going really well today! I just had my first meal of the day - my wonderful smoothie. OMG, seriously, this smoothie could not have been any better. It was YUM! Didn't even taste like a protein shake
Also, I weighed myself when I woke up - 125.1kg!!! YAY! Gonna work super hard now because I really want to be in the 124s by Sunday! Will post further updates tonight...
Just as a side note, anyone ever read The Strange Case of Dr Jekyl and Mr Hyde? I'm about 30 pages off of finishing and so far it is just awesome.
