Well I have spent all day exercising today to make up for my sundae yesterday! I started with a ride this morning, then a couple of hours of wii and then a walk and then some sit ups and then a longer ride, then I went for a swim and walk along the beach and then I spent the afternoon running around the back yard after a 5 and 2 year old!!! FUN! Heres how I ate:
DAY TWENTY FIVE:
Breakfast: Two Slices of Toast with Tomato
Lunch: Small Serve of Low Fat Pasta - was craving carbs, coming up to TTOM!
Dinner: Hawaiian Chicken, old weight watches recipe apparently with chicken, vegies and pineapple in a cream of chicken sauce? Im not sure how healthy it was but yummy indeed!
