Well I have spent all day exercising today to make up for my sundae yesterday! I started with a ride this morning, then a couple of hours of wii and then a walk and then some sit ups and then a longer ride, then I went for a swim and walk along the beach and then I spent the afternoon running around the back yard after a 5 and 2 year old!!! FUN! Heres how I ate:

DAY TWENTY FIVE:
Breakfast: Two Slices of Toast with Tomato
Snack: Watermelon
Lunch: Small Serve of Low Fat Pasta - was craving carbs, coming up to TTOM!
Dinner: Hawaiian Chicken, old weight watches recipe apparently with chicken, vegies and pineapple in a cream of chicken sauce? Im not sure how healthy it was but yummy indeed!

Tomorrow Friday! Who knows whats instore... talk soon xox

Hey guys, well I weighed in probably not the best thing to do this weekend but I have lost 3 kilos - with it being that time of the month, the constant vomiting and various other things I think thats a reasonable loss. I am back to eating this evening and have had a handful of Ritz crackers and 4 Steamed Dim Sims.

Good news today, Troy my partner got a new job and I start my job with CQ tomorrow... the shimmer of a year to shine is coming on back!

Lunch: Left over Chicken and Vege Stir Fry
Snack: Handful of Skittles
Dinner: Quesadilla and Salad and a can of Pepsi Max

Tomorrow is FRIDAY!!! WOO HOO! Weekend and party time! Happy Birthday for tomorrow Gordz!
