Well this is my first post in my journal to new me. I weigh 119kg and need to get down to 75kg. I don't own scales and only time I get weighed is when I see my doctor. So basically I be going with how my clothes fit. Right now I'm in size 22 and want to fit into 12\14. So I'm not following any diet with no calories counting. Thinking about doing shakes when hubby get a job or weight watchers.

Right now I can't exercise due to broken right ankle. I'm going to having an op soon to remove the pins and then I should be able to exercise.

Today I started out ok with having:
Breakfast: muesli with skim milk
Lunch: Double cheeseburger large combo and
Dinner: Chicken roll and lift.

Drinks: 1x orange juice
4x glasses of water

I ate pretty good yesterday. Went out for lunch with my mother, neice and nana from NZ. I ordered parmesan schnitzal and never had it before. It was so yummy. Mum said it easy to make at home so I try it out one day.

Didn't have much for dinner last night it was to hot to eat anything so I just had jam and cheese sandwiches.

Today I missed breakfast because I slept in and we had KFC for lunch. I got to learn to choose healthier alternatives than the fast food at the food court. Don't know what we having for dinner. It to hot to think about it. Might just be chicken and tomato sandwiches.

On the good note I just got my glasses today :D !

Well an update I done pretty well despite I didn't get up till 11.30am this morning. Took the dogs to toilet and had 2x wheetbixs for breakfast. I missed out lunch and had 2 slices of banana cake and for dinner I just had 1x steak sandwich with Orange Juice. I drank heaps of water because it so hot.

Hopefully when I see my GP again I reckon I could of lost weight.

I figured as long I get my diet right the exercise part has to wait. I'm notice I'm not as hungry and don't really crave junk food. Tomorrow night hubby wants take away I just got to wait and see what we both decide. Maybe I just have 1 bad night! :wink:

Keep sticking with it Sassy! If you need help counting calories, go to http://www.calorieking.com.au, its free to join and can recommend to you how many calories you should be eating for optimal weight loss and can help you know how many calories you're taking in. Good luck!
