Today was another good day for me, I made a really yummy soup and ate that, I did not have any shakes though as it was too hot for milky drinks. So my calories may have been a little low as I just had the soup(a few sticks of celery, one carrot and vegetable stock) and 120g protien and mixed veg for tea with a snack of a banana and an apple. My water was also a little low today just over a litre. So i'll have to down a litre in the next 2hrs before bed. Anyway for me two days of healthy eating is 2 more than I have been able to string together in a long..... time. Now for tommorrow more of the same and add in some exercise - at least a walk if I can't make it to the gym (depends on bubba)
I was also impressed when I went to the cupboard to get a hot chocolate - but when I looked at the calorie count it was almost enough as half a shake, so I said NO not until I get the Jarrahs and had a tea with sweetner instead.
MENTAL NOTE: Need to cut back on diet soft drinks as I am not drinking enough water.
I am impressed with the lack of cravings to this point YES I know it has only been two days but I am feeling so confident this time.
