hi! just hear to blow off some steam! well it seems i may be sabotaing myself at the moment for some really stupid reason. have been hovering around the 80-81kg mark for a while now. been feeling very excited about finally getting into the 70's. but for some reason i have been drinking too much wine in the evenings again..and not getting nearly enough exercise. so i am currently STUCK ..and feeling cross at myself. just want to get into the 70's- but seems so hard to keep going! tired of thinking about weightloss, calories, exercise etc etc. i know i have achieved alot so far but hope i can get over this and keep focused on my goal. grrr. so mad i ever let myself gain so much in the first place! tsk tsk me. thanks for reading this babble! sarahm. xx :x

i know how you feel! i feel like ive been stuck between 82-85kg. i weighed in at 80.9kg this morning, so hopefully i can be in the 70s by next friday. ive fallen off the wagon many times.. just gotta find the will to force yourself to do it! i find that if i force myself to do it that first time on the monday, then i'm more likely to continue thru the week.. but if i don't go on that monday, i won't go for the whole week haha

hi lemmish and emma. what have i done different? well i gave myself a 'rest' for a few weeks and actually increased my calories..seems to shock my body into action sometimes![weird me ]. now i am back on my strict eating plan of tuna, vegies lots of water and no bread! got a pedometer to tell me calories burnt etc. oh-and stopped drinking wine of an evening-puts weight straight on me-such a shame! thinking of you-we will all be in the seventies together sooooon! :)

Hi Sarah,

4kgs in a month is a great effort, you've done so well! You and I are in a kind of similar position, we've both lost 27kgs and have about 13kgs to go :) I'll keep checking in on your progress and we can definately try and keep each other motivated! Congratulations on beating your plateau, those can be really frustrating
