just thought i would check in and see how things are going! Have you increased your weights at contours, you have been a member a little while now so hopefully you will be seeing your strength improving and lean muscle building up! how many days you going? make sure you are doing your intense weights 3 days a week with a rest day in between each weights session and lower your weights a bit on the in between days and work hard at the cardio and do some floor/ab and core work.
by intense weights i mean to lift a weight that is comfortable but by the end of the 45 second you have just barely pushed out 10 reps and feel you cant do any more. this will cause muscle fatigue and build more lean muscle, thats why you need a rest day in between, more muscle means your metabolism will speed up and burn more calories even when your not working out!!!
