Ok so in 2006 i weighed 55... i'm now 69kgs
I want to drop back down to 55kgs as i felt and looked great!
I do taekwondo training 3 times a week between 1 - 1.5hours each time. On break for 2 weeks, so I am taking up bikram yoga for the time being.
I eat alot of stuff i know i shouldn't be eating - but i can't help it.
I don't snack much, but i'll eat bad dinners and lunches and skip breakfast... what to dooo?!
