Here i am again, startin my journey AGAIN for the 3rd time! This time i know im going to make it and be the best that i can be and by the end of the year, i will look completely different and never look back. I started this journey 2yrs ago and have lost a total of 25kgs, a few things made me fall off the rails but im no longer going to make any excuses... i still have a further 30 that i would like to get rid of. I know i can do it and its going to be my year to do it!So here is my plan!
Exercise (cardio) everyday - for 1 hr!
Weight training - every 2nd day!
Continue with personal training 1x week!
No alcohol / Limit to 'special occasions'... which i no is going to be hard considering im still a party animal and love going out but i know its hindering my weight loss efforts cause of the added calories!
I'll post a journal entry once a week if i can... and update on how its going.. But mostly cant wait to see the end results after all my hard work.. the summer months this year are going to be so exciting for me! I can even visualise myself in a red bikini walking down the beach!
