so i thought i'd check my measurements and everything to give me some more motivation and see how i've been going..
at week 8, i'd lost 9.5kg and 9inches.. and now after week 15, i've lost 16.5inches
woohoo!
so overall, around an inch a week which is great!
heres my measurements from last time:
thigh – 24.5 inches
stomach – 43.5 inches
waist – 34.5 inches
bust – 41 inches
arms – 13 inches
neck – 14 inches
and heres my measurements this time:
thigh – 23 inches (-1.5inches)
stomach – 41 inches (-2.5inches)
waist – 33 inches (-1.5inches)
bust – 40 inches (-1inch)
arms – 12.5 inches (-0.5inch)
neck – 13.5 inches (-0.5inch)
which means ive lost 16.5inches and 14.2kgs in 15 weeks! not too shabby
