hey, thought i'd update because i haven't really done a proper update in a while, and i have a confession.. since i went away for the weekend, i've been pretty lazy.. wanting to eat good, but couldnt be bothered really.. so ive been drifting between 75.2 and 76.5 which isn't as bad as i thought it would be, especially seeing as i still havent been walking since i started working.. so now i'm getting back into it! after 2 months, i got up this morning and went for a walk. going to invest in some sunscreen though, because getting sunburnt was most of the reason why i wasnt walking anymore, so screw you sun!
anyways, went for a 50 min walk this morning, did a run in the middle of it for maybe a minute which was hell for me, almost couldnt breathe, but i was expecting to feel quite sore in my legs, because i was getting a little paranoid that my weight loss was muscle loss, but i felt pretty much the same as i usually would when i'd go for a walk, maybe even a bit better.. usually when i get down the street i start to feel the burn but i didn't feel the burn for a while today.. and i even had my walking playlist playing, so i was walking around the same pace so hmmm, glad that i haven't lost any muscle!
another thing i wanted to sorta talk about is my boobs
i'm really starting to realise how much of my boobs i've lost, and its getting me down haha i'm going to try get some new bras within the next few weeks but yeah *sigh* i didn't want my boobs to get smaller
they were small enough to start off with!
oh well, i've pretty much got 2 weeks to lose like 4kg lol so that wont be happening, but to get under 75kg would be nice.. still haven't seen 74!
