Minimal loose skin, the tops of my thighs have been the worst but even they are not too bad, my belly is a tad flabby but again nothing that bothers me and the tops of my arms could use a bit of toning, apart from that I have escaped pretty much unscathed.
I am only 160 cms. thats why I am aiming for 60 kilos but lately I have been thinking 55 may not be out of the question, I'll see when the time comes.
I have done it purely with diet and exercise, nothing too hard core, more walking than anything and I use the step aerobics on the Wii fit along with the extention step. I also bought a pushbike but the weather hasn't been that great lately so I am waiting for that to clear up before I do more of that.
