OMG! Congratulations!

I'm getting such deja vu reading your post! I too started at around 102kg and did a gym challenge which got me down to around 97kg.

The next thing which helped me lose weight, though, was getting pregnant and I'm not sure if you want to follow in my footsteps there!

Congrats again!

Hi Mandy :)

Don't give up on yourself! A weekend of bad eating won't really set you back. Try to focus on eating healthily from now on - that way you'll stop yourself from slipping and falling back into old habits. Eat well, avoid the scales for a couple of days, and you'll probably find that your weight is back to normal again. All the best :)

HI Mandy

Don't feel too bad we all have slips and it's all part of the learning process. We are individuals and it's trial and error until you find what works for you. I have found many great tips on this forum. Look around for ideas that you relate to and keep up your efforts. If you dont quit you will win.

Hi Everyone!

Well I must say I am a bit nervous.....saturday is week 8 weigh in for my 12 week challenge and well I am not expecting much......

what are people thoughts on good tummy exercises....I feel like my legs and arms have got smaller....even my boobs are smaller but my dam tummy will not get smaller......what is with that? Does anyone know some hardcore, great tummy result exercises I could do?

I shall update my weigh loss on Saturday after the weigh in....lets hope for the best!

Well anything thats not a gain is ok :)

Well here it is....weigh in day! Week number 8 of the 12 week challenge at my gym.

I lost 2.4kg in the last 4 weeks which isnt great but it is better than not losing any! So to date I have lost exactly 8kg in 8 weeks. 4 weeks of the challenge to go......I really really want to lose at least 5kg in the next 4 weeks.....I sure I can with a bit of hard work.

Hope everyone is doing well
Mandy

Hi Everyone,
Well 12 week challge is now finished and I managed to lose 11.2kg in the 12 weeks. I was pretty happy with that! My goal was to get into the 80's and I missed it by 1.6kg but I tried my best. Hopefully I will get into the 80's in the next few weeks.
