Well I must say I am a bit nervous.....saturday is week 8 weigh in for my 12 week challenge and well I am not expecting much......
what are people thoughts on good tummy exercises....I feel like my legs and arms have got smaller....even my boobs are smaller but my dam tummy will not get smaller......what is with that? Does anyone know some hardcore, great tummy result exercises I could do?
I shall update my weigh loss on Saturday after the weigh in....lets hope for the best!
