Hey! Ok so I'm new to the website so you'll have to bare with me and hopefully I'll keep this up. I want to loose around 18kilos but the initial 8 is what i'm most desperate to get rid of to be honest. I want to be below 70 since I always feel more comfortable with myself at the range but 60 is my dream goal!
So I hope to loose the 8 by New Years though that may be unrealistic but hopefulyl I can get as close to 70 as possible. I've joined a gym and am contemplating working with a PT but funds are short so can't decide if its worth the major tighting of the belt (really bad expression) that it would require.
My biggest problem is I hate cooking so eat easy- not fast food as I really don't enjoy greasy food its more pre packaged stuff and the last few weeks have been major choco fests which I'm really trying to cut down.
Anyway here's hoping
