A friend of mine on facebook has it and goes on and on about how good it is.
I have no coordination.
My body doesn't do what my brain tells it. I have enough trouble keeping up with the dance steps on Wii fit.

I have never done the DVDs but I LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEEE the classes.

I push myself super hard and often look at my watch and think "oh crap still got another 30 mins to go eeek" but I stay and push through for the whole hour because I would never walk out in the middle of a class! I know if I did it at home I'd be like "meh...that's enough" lol.

Zumba is absolutely amazing and I seriously do not see it going anywhere for a long time. My gym just added an extra 2 more classes a week to the timetable and I would say in each class there are 50-70 people!!
My journey so far...

When I did Zumba, the same thing (unfortunately) happened to me. However, I DID start to see the scale move after a few months and I felt amazing. I'm thinking about taking the Zumba classes again as a way to lose the extra weight. I gained a whole bunch after taking Zoloft (I'm off it now) and so I'm really pushing to get all this extra weight off.

One thing I love about it is that you work your ENTIRE body. It's a REAL work out and you feel it after all is said and done. It's truly an amazing feeling. . .and when you finally DO see the results, it's an even GREATER feeling.

I bought the DVD's and found that to start with it was a bit hard and the buns abs and thighs - wow you really feel that one when you start - but i love it, it is so completely different to just working out on the treadmill or crosstrainer.

I have the zumba Dvd's and I love it. It is a pretty hard workout (look out for the tummy abs and thighs...OUCH! :D But i still love to do it. Its fun, upbeat and different to the usual workouts... Hmmm maybe i will head off and do some Zumba after this!!
