Wendy is Doing it!

Postby curvygirl » Fri Mar 26, 2010 7:58 am

OK this is my third time here and I am determined to finally loose this weight once and for all. My head is finally in the right space and I am really excited about finally getter healthier. I have set some realistic goals for me and I really think that I can acheive them. I have gone back to WW plan because I know that I can work it around my lifestyle. I am not going to go to the meeting so I will need a little help to keep me on the straight and narrow. My husband is on the journey with me intially so he will keep an eye on me.
I will reboot my ticker when I can remember how I do it but here are my weigh ins so far.

15-3-10 - 115.4 kgs
22-3-10 - 113.4 kgs -2.00

I am weighing in on MOnday mornings as this is the best way for me not to let my weekends get away from me.
Goal weight 75kgs.
Need to get motivated.

Thanks Largemummy. Its so much easier when you have a buddy. I love the TF shakes especially the expresso one. I sometimes have one for breakfast and just count them in my points. I am looking forward to sharing my journey with you.

I had a loss of 2.2kg this week. Yahoo. I am very excited to have 2 good weeks back to back. I have started to notice a small difference in my clothes and that is giving me added incentive. I even starting walking ( or strolling should I say) this week. Who is this girl?

Hi Wendy:), I'm glad to see you are back to it, I do think of you often.

So how did you fare over Easter? I went really badly but I knew I would so I'm not really fazed by it however it is nice to be back on track.

Take care, Sue.

Sue I think I mentined this in another thread to you that I had an OK Easter but I have been visiting my sister who had a baby last month and I have found this week a little tough. I am determined to keep going and I am amazed at my will power. I am trying to be as good as I can for as long as I can. I have set more realistic goals that let me be normal every now and again but ATM I dont feel I want too. I hope I feel like this for sometime yet.
Have a great weekend everyone :D

That sounds pretty much how I am at the moment.

My head is in a really good place at the moment, I am very focussed and determined so while I feel like I do I am going with it and trying to stay there as long as I can, I even knocked back a last minute takeaway last night in favour of my pre planned omelette and steamed veg :) .

Just stick with it (easier said than done, I know oh how I know), be strong (says she who polished off 2 and a half family blocks of chocolate in 2 hours 3 weeks ago) and I'll be sending you a congratulatory gift in the mail before you know it :) .

Well after my small loss last week I have started the week better. I havent got to exercise yet but I am eating better so thats a start.
I am also trying to resist the temptation to weigh myself everyday. I know weight fluctuates during the week but it also gives me that sense of doom if I dont see the numbers going down when I think they should be. I know its wrong but I just cant stop myself. ARGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH. I am going to take the batteries out and give them to my hubby and only get them back on weigh in days.
Good luck to everyone this week.

Hey Wendy, I am just the same with the scale but I dont really mind checking on my project (weight loss  ) now and again and ofcos it keeps me motivated to see the numbers go down, I dont think there is something wrong with that... :) Luckily I dont own any scale and I have a desire to :P if I did I would weigh myself every second minute lol.

You are doing well dear just keep at it... The feeling you are feeling must be something in the air hey, I feel just the same as well as Sue  Good luck!
