hey everyone my name is Katherine I am 25 I weigh 80 kilos and am 170 cm tall. I used to weigh 65 kilos but slowly over time with the stress from my personal life, studying and work my body has gotten in worse and worse shape. Since the end of last year I have been constantly trying to get back to my happy weight but keep falling off track and instead of losing weight have actually gained 2 kilos. Since I am getting married in June '11 (yay) to my gorgeous fiancé I have decided that I am going to be 100% dedicated to losing as much of this weight that I can while doing it safely and healthily. I will be posting as I go so if you have any tips and guidance for me just post away I appreciate any advice as I am a beginner!
