I was doing really well and losing weight, keeping on track - then a couple of months ago my gym closed down. Basically I stopped exercising and stopped eating properly, therefore all the weight I lost has all come back again!
I originally started at 106kg, then got down to 98kg. I don't know where I'm at at the moment I'm too scared too weigh in! Luckily my gym has reopened, so starting tomorrow I'm going to start to get back on track.
I'll weigh in either tonight or tomorrow morning, then I'll keep posting my progress along the way, even if it's bad news. I love reading everyones posts, their ups and downs. It really encourages me to keep going because if all of you can do it then I should be able to do it too!
