I'm trying to lose weight again! My daughter is 8 months old and there is only so long i claim baby weight as an excuse :p not doing anything special just eating healthier and trying to get a bit of exercise in, I just finished studying to be a massage therapist and that's a big work out, an hours worth of deep tissue massage knocks me out :p
I have lost lots of weight before in the past and i know how to dow it but it just seems to be harder this time, less time? Less motivation? Who knows but i really need to do it, after my daughter was born i took up smoking again, god knows why, I have quit again and it's been five weeks now and going strong i don't even miss it, now its time to make the rest of my body healthy for my baby.
Current weight as of Monday is 102kg (shudder, its the biggest i have ever been
So here I go!!!!
