I'm back again with 70 kilos to loose. Last time I was here I lost 11 kilos in 2 weeks. But then fell off the wagon again. I'm starting at 135kgs and plan to lose this weight in 18 months roughly. First challenge is to drop into the 120's by the end of Jan.
Wow! 11 kg in two weeks! That is better than anything I have managed - totally unsustainable though, as you discovered.
I started off with 77kg to lose in October, and have managed shed 27kg - average about 2 kg per week, and I know this dream run will have to end somewhere, and then it will be a fight to lose those last 10kg. .. but while it is coming off, you won't hear me complaining.
End of March - 119kg - 118.7 - made it! End of April - 115kg End of May - 111kg End of June - 107kg End of July - 103kg End of August - 99kg End of September - 95kg End of October - 91kg End of year - 81kg TARGET WEIGHT - Optimistic
Yes it was very unsustainable I pretty much lived at the gym and did 5 hours of exercise a day 7 days a week on a 1200 calorie diet so I went very crazy, then crashed when temptation came my way. This time I'm taking it slow and steady so it's a life long change and not a fleeting thing
