Hi SkinnyInside

Congratulations on your work and results so far! You'll be at goal before you know it.
I had to laugh about wanting to be skinny and seeing your ex .. LOL ... that was one of my motivations and a very compelling one it was too. hehe
Can I suggest something? Sometimes the scales aren't a true reflection of what is going on .. and while those numbers aren't shifting much there are changes happening. So to stop getting depressed about it take measurements now and when you get those times when you know you're doing all the right things and the scales aren't budging then you can see that your waist (or whatever!) is getting smaller.
Weighing more than the once a week isn't going to wreck anything so long as you don't get too hung up on the number. There are lots of reasons why it could change ... uneven surface, drink of water before hand, didn't go to the loo, fluid retention, the planets are alinging

and so on.
I tend to jump on every day and it can fluctuate but I don't think of it in relation to YESTERDAY'S number but to the number 18 MONTHS ago.
