Its funny, i look at my progress photos and i am like OMG i have lost heaps but then i still feel like i am really massive, well i am haha but i mean compared to what i was. Its crazy, i dont know LOL.

Breakfast: Special K fruit and nut medley

Lunch: slice burgen soy and linseed toast unbuttered, egg fried in a non stick pan, 2 slices shortcut bacon grilled. White Nectarine ( better get in on these before they disappear for the year again :()

Will pop in an edit this later after i have had snacks and dinner.

Im not sure what to make for dinner tonight, its cold and rainy today, maybe i should make a vege soup. I feel like casserole, mmmmmmm

Hi there :)

Still going strong, i have lost 17kilos now and i am looking forward to the next 24!

I am still following a higher protein less carb diet and i am alot better off for it. I am going to nthe gym heaps now too where as in the beginning i wasnt, i am mostly focussing on health now rather than weightloss as the only factor and i am working towards running 5ks. I do weights too and even though i am still not where i would like to be my body is firming up and getting stronger.

The hypnotherapy cost alot of money but my god it was SO worth it :) there are apps in the app store if you have an iphone or ipod that are free and do the same kind of thing, guided relaxation with persuasion in them.

Hi Skinnyinside

You are def not alone on these forums - well at least not anymore :p

So glad to hear that the hypnotherapy is working for you - do you happen to know some of the apps you might reccommend? I downloaded one before but it's not so great :(

Glad to see you working towards your next goal of running 5ks, best of luck!

I'm back and I'm fat haha. I went on a hiatus, in that time I've become engaged and Had a second baby, he's 4 weeks old on Thursday and i weigh a whopping 110kgs, biggest ive ever been. The plan is to do something similar to what I was doing before, higher protein, lower carbs, walking for exercise, although I'm exhausted at the moment with my newborn lol. I'm very disappointed I have to start all over again, but I've done it before I can do it again, first goal is 105kg. Wish me luck :)
