Its funny, i look at my progress photos and i am like OMG i have lost heaps but then i still feel like i am really massive, well i am haha but i mean compared to what i was. Its crazy, i dont know LOL.
Breakfast: Special K fruit and nut medley
Lunch: slice burgen soy and linseed toast unbuttered, egg fried in a non stick pan, 2 slices shortcut bacon grilled. White Nectarine ( better get in on these before they disappear for the year again
Will pop in an edit this later after i have had snacks and dinner.
Im not sure what to make for dinner tonight, its cold and rainy today, maybe i should make a vege soup. I feel like casserole, mmmmmmm
