15.9kg in 6 months...more than doable!
Let me throw the gauntlet before your feet...I did that in 92 days (93.4kg to 77.5kg) - and that period included my infamous "hitting the wall" at the 82kg mark.
So how you doing big boy?...are you up for the challenge? 8)

Will have to dig out my stats for same loss last time, I'm not into promising anything at the moment Kim but I will give it my best shot over the next 80 days to Sept 19th, after that I will be o/s for another two weeks and it really will be pointless me going past this date..

We can only conjecture about the future. Really there are only two dates that count...today's weigh in and tomorrows weigh in and the difference in weight between them! 8)

It really is one day at a time...every day!

Losing weight entails determination, perseverance and self discipline. We must fix our eyes on our goals in never to be discouraged or distracted. Once you focus your self on your goal then that's it... no one or nothing can stop you from losing your goal to lose weight. No amount of discouragement from others can harm you just believe in yourself.

And some people talk to themselves more than others!!!

Seriously, years ago if you saw someone actually talking to themselves you'd have thought they were mad, but these days you see it, and you think they're just on the phone (wearing an ear piece)! :D

Ahhhh kindred spirits Kim, I share the same relationship with my intellectual equal. There ain't too many around that could spell intellectual let alone write or say something that sounded remotely intellectual!!!

...but I use spell check...or my wizard spelling wife.

Here is a little intellectual puzzle for you Diva...what is so unique about the word "WIZARD"? Clue; the solution is in the letters.

I'm not at all that intelligent...I just have a lot of common sense (probably a rarer commodity these days).
The cleverest thing I ever did was to marry a clever woman. 8)

Here's the WIZARD answer...the letters in the word are in alphabetic symmetry. "W" is the 4th letter from the end of the alphabet and "D" is the 4th letter in the alphabet. "I" is the 9th letter in the alphabet and "R" is the 9th letter from the end of the alphabet. And of cause "Z" is the last letter and "A" is the first letter.

Well I hadn't considered that correlation, but I'm glad you explained it as it's even more interesting to see that it has numerological merit also!!! FWIW I'm a numerologist (by hobby, not by profession) so numbers and letter values (in their names for example) tell me a great deal about people!!!

I see deep meaning in numbers as well - but only if they have the letters "kg" after them!

Yes I was going to say that numbers tell a story about you, especially if you're standing on a set of scales!!!
