Here's the WIZARD answer...the letters in the word are in alphabetic symmetry. "W" is the 4th letter from the end of the alphabet and "D" is the 4th letter in the alphabet. "I" is the 9th letter in the alphabet and "R" is the 9th letter from the end of the alphabet. And of cause "Z" is the last letter and "A" is the first letter.
