In my opinion thats the best way to go about it, i fail dismally when i try and stick to a particular plan!
At the moment I am trying to eat higher protein foods and limit carbs in the evenings, which seems to be helping quite a bit for me.
I agree about softdrink, no sense in drinking calories when you could be eating them right? lol I try not to drink softdrink at all, but sometimes if i go out for dinner i will allow a glass of lemonade.
