I just did the Math and it seems I have 33kgs to drop before I'm at my goal weight. Gosh that is so overwhelming. I'm not sure I can even get my head around it.
What I can get my head around is little goals, but then I think "yeah sure, I can drop five kgs and that'll be awesome" or "Yeah If I drop 8.5kgs I'll be back under 100. That's great" But it'll always be followed with "But there's still x amount left"
I thought I had the motivation. But do I really have 33kgs worth of motivation? I'm not sure.
