Well - today I've had a tone of small snacks, just couldn't stop picking at food today - mind you, it was all good stuff but still a little annoyed with myself for doing it!

It's been great having my brother home - he has helped me stay on track with exercise and even did pilates with me today... I'm feeling great! On top of pilates, I also did my "Ad Break Workout" and went to the gym :) Very happy.

Tomorrow I am off to Sydney for 6 days, staying with a friend and having many social outings while down there. I've already looked at the menus of the restaurants I am visiting and have chosen my meals :) So I'm feeling good, hopefully I can still fit in the Bay Run but it seems that its getting busier every day it gets closer!

Anyway - I'm feeling good - still trying to wrap my head around food, but I'm going to get there - I am going to make my first goal.

OK, so it's time to pull my socks up (really high!!!)... I've just weighed myself and I know it's probably not the best time to - but according to the scales, I'm right back where I started!!!!!! I really don't have excuses, I'm busy with my uni work for the next 2 weeks, but my goal are to eat clean this week and exercise for at least 1 hour every day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here's to a bl**dy fantastic super duper awesomeness week!

Dont worry too much about what the scales say at the moment.
You know your performance has been less than optimal while you were in Sydney but you also know that some of the gain is because of the time you weighed in at.

Knuckle down, get your uni work done then you'll be able to concentrate without distraction on YOU ...and you're well worth concentrating on. Always remember that :)

I've had a fantastic day - I got through the day on less calories and stuck to my clean food goal - no exercise but that's cause I'm working on 3000 words at the moment! Plan to get to the gym tomorrow for Zumba!!!

Yay - feeling good.

Well it's been a while since I last checked in - but so far I'm doing really well!

Found a new motivational piece that I've put up at my desk "Weight loss is not meant to be a sprint, it's a marathon!" LOVE IT.

Today was Mothers day and I took Mum out for lunch to a small cafe in the bush, we had a lovely lunch of warm chicken salad with arancini balls - very delish and then finished off with a coffee and shared passionfruit custard tart - one of the best things I've tasted in a long time.

Along with finishing assignment 1 of 3 over the weekend, I did a lot of cooking and tried out a new recipie which didn't turn out :( But I've got my choc-banana muffins in the freezer, potato, leek and bacon soup packed up an in there as well and I made Teresa Cutters Healthy Golden Delicious Apple cake, but it just didn't turn out at all and looked pretty awful on the inside - so I must have done something seriously wrong because I've tried some of her other recipies and they were great. Anway, I like making and trying new things but will cross that one off the list.

For dinner tonight it was a light dinner of Home made French onion soup with a crusty roll toasted with parmasen and it was might damn fine! Went for a 45min walk also today so I'm ending this weekend on a pretty high note.

Now just to finsih assignment 2 and 3!

LOL - I love Zumba it is such a laugh, I am so uncoordinated but its good to shake things up a little instead of reapeating eveyrthing everyday! I went to the gym to do Zumba but it was cancelled the instructor had injured herself so I just did my normal circuit... Plan on going this week as well - hope it's on this time :)

Well I've definately been on a roller coaster ride!!!!

I think my main goal now is to make sure that my dinner portions get smaller! The plate is always full, but it's not bad food on there... hmm... I'll work on that one.

Went for a walk with my sister the other day, we did a bit of jogging to - Mother F'er - I was sh*t faced at the end but so proud and happy that I did it and the feeling lasted the rest of the day!!! My new joggers definately got a good workout :)

So been to the gym 2x this week, completed one 40 min/4k walk - going to try and start walking 6k's now because Mud Run in December is 6k's so want to be ready for that :)

Feeling good - if only the Blues won last night :D
