Wooooo! Down another 200gms, taking me to a total of 3.9kgs. Nearly 4 kgs in 3 weeks.

I am going to review my portion sizes again though. They haven't got out of control, but i have noticed me starting to slightly increase them. Time to knock that one on the head!

Congratulations on all the success you have been having! Reading your posts today has really helped me want to soldier on!
I don't know how you face getting up early for those walks, i tried that and found that the snooze button was getting a more of a work out than i was. I'm trying after work sessions now, and have a friend to walk and jog with which has helped me be more committed.

Looking forward to your next check-in, keep smashing it!!!

Thanks Stephanie!

I used to love the snooze button, but realised that if I don't get up and exercise "before my brain realises whats going on", then I always find an excuse. I now find I am more relaxed getting ready for work and arrive earlier, securing cheap parking!

I calculated my daily intake yesterday and realised that subconsciously I have been decreasing my food intake, therefore my poor body was struggling. That is being rectified today and hopefully next week will reflect this change on the scales.

It's great watching that number go down isn't it? :D

That delicate balancing act between eating enough to keep the body turning over and not over doing it so the calories don't blow out. 8)

Good work...keep chasing that number downward!

Oh it feels amazing to see the numbers go down and feel my clothes getting looser... I also notice that my metabolism has increased and I am finding that my routine has settled in and isn't a struggle anymore.

This is the exciting time of weight loss when it is coming off relatively easier. Enjoy this time and learn...when it gets to the sharp end that's where character is built! :D

You are doing well...keep it up!

Haha I am actually looking forward to the pointy end of this journey. I am finding my love of exercise and sometimes get a little frustrated that I can't run as far as I want or do what I want... I will get there though!

I am back - and I haven't fallen off the band wagon! Last week was TTOM :(

This morning i weighed in at 96.2, which is a total loss of 5.1kgs in about 5 weeks :) Perfect!

I am so motivated at the moment, so am still walking in the mornings, and am now adding a 30min kettlebell workout in the evenings. yay for toned arms!
