Hi All ... umm this is my first post, really not to sure how to get started. So I'm 24 years old and have been over weight pretty much my whole life. I've always wanted to and dreamt of losing weight but I think I lack motivation and will power. At my heaviest I was 110kg, I got down to 91kg but since then I've slowly crept up to my current weight of 97kg ... grrrrr I'm so frustrated with myself and I just want to be happy, healthy and comfortable with in myself, something I've never been.
Whenever i've tried losing weight in the past I would keep it to myself and not tell anyone. Not too sure why, maybe out of embaressment ??! Who knows but for the first time I'm putting myself out there
So here goes, this is my plan ...
Breakfast: 1 Up&Go + 1 piece of fruit
Lunch: 1 Health Choice meal + Steamed vegies or garden salad
Dinner: 100 gm Lean Meat/Fish/Chicken + steamed vegies
Snacks as needed: Yoghurt, Nuts or Fruit
Minimum of 2L Water per day and 30min Walk
