Im doing okay!! My cs pack should turn up early in the week. So im am happy about that. I weighed in on Friday :( I put on .2kgs. But glad it wasn't more than that. I've been slacking off thinking that i will get into full swing when the cs pack does arrive. Now i know i shouldn't reply on something like that. Tomorrow i will go back to the way i was doing things. I know it will change when i do recieve it, but i have to stop being slack!

ditto karin! i had dropped a few hundred grams but i am not recording it cos i know things can change between now and when the cs pack comes.

Yeah!! My cs arrive today.. So presuming Kate is fine to start tomorrow the cs fun begins then. I weighed in today at 95.5 (ack) I've been good today, i did..
35 mins walk on treadmill
30 of exercises
and will do another 30 mins walk before the day is over.

Have had weetbix for breakfast
A proper meal for dinner is on the menu
1.5 litres of water (So far)

Im feeling really positive about lossing weight this time and feel very happy about that.

Goodluck with sarting CS tomorrow. I'm not going to start until monday I have a big weekend going to sydney to go to a wedding. I wansn't home to collect mine & I went to pick it up from the post office & the contractor was running late :cry: I will try & pick it up tomorrow.

It's my 2nd day on CS. Yesterday wasn't so good as i had some bug which kept me in bed most the day. Today has been better. I woke up and had a shake first things. Then decided to wait a while and go for my half an hour on the treadmill. Not to sure about the banana and strawberry shakes but think i might try them tomorrow. Kate seems to think if i don't smell them they are okay, so i will try that :lol:
Going to go on the treadmill again for awhile. Dunno how long i will last though LOL.
Tonights dinner is going to be skinless fish and salad and im already hungry!!

let us know what you think of the strawberry and banana shakes! i am hungry too. still 3 hours til dinner!! d'oh!

hope you enjoy your dinner, and hope you are feeling 100% better. what time doy ou have your lunchtime shake? how cool are the shakers?!!

I have my breakfast one about 8am and the lunchtime one at 12. Im loving these shakes. They seems to yum to be something you would lose weigh on..

well as evidence by my sneaky weigh in this morning you really DO lose weight on them! lol. i just wish we could drink at least 2litres of it each meal instead of like 200ml lol

Today has been a GREAT day on CS. I woke up and had my strawberry shake which was ok. I felt a little sore from doing exercises yesterday so i was putting off going on the treadmill. Once i got on it, i done my 30 mins. Then decided to take the dog for a walk. I decided to try and run.. I didn't think i would last 3 steps but i went 5 mins run, 5 mins walk and then 5 mins run again.. Then i had to walk the rest of the way cuz the dog didn't seem happy. After 20 mins he decided to sit down and not go any further. So i had to carry him. Which caused me to laugh as i thought.. Well at least im carrying weight as i walk that has to be good.
I had a banana shake at lunch time which wasn't good. More due to the fact that i forgot to put the water in the fridge, so used tap water.. Not knowing someone used hot water right before it. So yeah i had warm banana shake.. ewwww :lol: :lol:
Having fish and salad again for dinner tonight. Last night i actually enjoyed it.
I am going to try and do some more exercises tonight as i feel so good at the moment. I dont want to over do it, but at the same time i dont want the fact i feel a little sore to stop me. I find once i get on a roll with doing exercises i do okay. If i stop for a few days from feeling sore i can't back into the swing of it.
