Today has been a GREAT day on CS. I woke up and had my strawberry shake which was ok. I felt a little sore from doing exercises yesterday so i was putting off going on the treadmill. Once i got on it, i done my 30 mins. Then decided to take the dog for a walk. I decided to try and run.. I didn't think i would last 3 steps but i went 5 mins run, 5 mins walk and then 5 mins run again.. Then i had to walk the rest of the way cuz the dog didn't seem happy. After 20 mins he decided to sit down and not go any further. So i had to carry him. Which caused me to laugh as i thought.. Well at least im carrying weight as i walk that has to be good.
I had a banana shake at lunch time which wasn't good. More due to the fact that i forgot to put the water in the fridge, so used tap water.. Not knowing someone used hot water right before it. So yeah i had warm banana shake.. ewwww
Having fish and salad again for dinner tonight. Last night i actually enjoyed it.
I am going to try and do some more exercises tonight as i feel so good at the moment. I dont want to over do it, but at the same time i dont want the fact i feel a little sore to stop me. I find once i get on a roll with doing exercises i do okay. If i stop for a few days from feeling sore i can't back into the swing of it.
