That's hilarious about your dog... mine is the same, 'cept he's 35kg so I can't carry him when he gets tired. Instead, he pretends to pee so he can rest under a tree for a moment... Now I leave him at home when I go for a run because he slows me down... and I own a greyhound!
Just keep moving! And don't be lazy...

Hey girls,
Thanks for your replies. They are much needed today. Had a crappy day yesterday. I jumped on the scales when i really shouldn't have. Knowing they aren't working the best i should have stayed clear of them.
Also went shopping yesterday at the markets. Which when your trying to lose weight isn't the smartest things. As most would know the Asian sizes arent the same as ours. So when i brought a some pants they were a size 18, which i never am. So of course that depressed me big time.

How are you going KarinAnn on CS today, one more day to go, warm bannanna shake would of been gross you should of put it in the freezer to cool it down. I know what you mean by asian clothes being such small sizes when I went over to Hong Kong this year I was expecting to go & buy heaps of clothes & it was so depressing not being able to buy much.

Yeah!!!! I couldn't weigh in on my friends scales this morning.. Which i thought would be the case. So the same day i weighed in on her scales, i jumped on the silly ones here.
So a week ago on these scales i was 96.8.. Today i am 93.3
I would say CS agreed with me :D

No Kate, no more cs for me. It's great that it worked for me. My fear is if i keep on them i will lose the weigh sure but then i have to go back to eating right and dont wanna put back on. So now that ive had the kick in the bum with them i will just learn to eat right and lose weight that way.
