It wasnt what you were hopeing for but a loss is a loss it's better than a gain dont bet yourself up to much about it you will have an awsome loss next week :D

Hey, remember that most people lose 0.5-1kg a week... and actually, one of the doctors I was working with this year told people to aim for 1-2kg a month... so only 0.25 a week is good!

1kg may be harder and harder to achieve as you get closer to goal.. but keep doing all the right things and the weight WILL come off!

100g that doesn't belong to YOU anymore is still pretty awesome, right?

Thanks everyone! I know that the real reason is I've been a piggy this week! Yeah Mandie your right, I read when I was doing nutrition that you shouldn't loose much more than 10% of your weight a year as it is harder to keep off!

Besides pledging to loose 1kg this week to achieve this I WILL cut back my kj's to 5500 - 6000 and I WILL increase my exercise from 1/2 hour a day to a full hour! Although I was reading some literature and it was saying nurses walk about 8km during a shift! WOW I should be super fit!

Another week another weigh in and this week I lost ................. 2.0kg!

That makes me 87.7kg now!

Everyone else is doing so well, hope you all keep up the good work.
