Thanks everyone! I know that the real reason is I've been a piggy this week! Yeah Mandie your right, I read when I was doing nutrition that you shouldn't loose much more than 10% of your weight a year as it is harder to keep off!
Besides pledging to loose 1kg this week to achieve this I WILL cut back my kj's to 5500 - 6000 and I WILL increase my exercise from 1/2 hour a day to a full hour! Although I was reading some literature and it was saying nurses walk about 8km during a shift! WOW I should be super fit!
