Nikki's old journey

Postby electrongirl » Sun Oct 07, 2007 8:14 pm

Thought I'd better start my thread in here.

I started this journey weighing in at 89kg and am currently 85.3kg.

I joined Weight Watchers at 87.6kg.

I am aiming to get down to 65kg at least.

And to follow Kate's idea, here is a photo of me taken last weekend:

This is officially my before shot!

I've decided to change my ticker to reflect my starting weight at Weight watchers, however I was 90.7 kilos in October last year. So to date I have lost over 5 kg!!!

HI Nikki

its always motivating to see how far you have come on a ticker graph! and the motivational tool of the ticker graph doesnt cost money! so thats always a good thing in my books hehe.

well done on the loss thus far. was 90.7kg the heaviest you have been?

Yep I got up to 90.7 in October last year, I joined WW at that weight but only went for 2 weeks. When I rejoined this time I was only 87.6 so I had lost a bit by myself!

I got my test results today and as expected my iron levels are prety low, not anemic yet but I was close!!

I have to go on iron tablets now, but am worried about some of the side affects...

Oh and I still have TTOM, almost 4 weeks now!
