The right bra is a must LOL or ouchies :(

Im glad you enjoyed your walk :) it helps in soooo many ways not just fitness I think every Mum should allow themselves (if they can) a few days a week to go out walkies by themselves just to unwind mostly, but Bub's are also always happy when their Mums are happy :) Good on ya Kristal

hey kristal

i can imagine you walking along and trying to adjust yourself LOL. how funny. sounds like you enjoyed that walk. i sometimes go of a night when heidi is asleep and mick is here, its good to get away from it all for an hour or so and you feel better for it. i reckon as a mum its not healthy to be with the kids 24/7! thats when you start to lose your mind! LOL
let us know how the gym goes!

i havent posted much lately just not been 100% in myslef, just so tired and worn out from kids and just trying to force myslef to get motivated, also TTOM which sucks majorally, once thast over with i will be back on my feet i think!

The weather sucks big time, it rains then it stops, then it starts, i mean its lovely and cool but just not the kind of weather to get two kids out into, last thing i need is two sick kids! Though it fined up this arvo and we went for a bit of a walk up town.

Rung the gym and the people sound lovely and he was very helpful and answered all ym questions, however its a little out of the price range for right now, so just got to get into my own routine again and get back on track.

hey kristal

im hearing you!! mick keeps asking me tonight if everything is ok i am just so tired from the past two or so weeks with him and heidi being sick and running here and there. i just feel like i am building everything up and its all going to crash down at once. (like those Jenga towers) LOL. I am sure you will get back into it, its hard to regain control when you are trying to make ends meet.

never mind about the gym, im in the same boat, cant afford it, but there are other things we can do and it works out cheaper! LOL

keep up the great effort

I have just realized i have lost a total of 14 kg since i had my son 4 months ago, :D When i fell pregnant with him, i was 86kg, went down to 73kg with morning sickness and crepped back to 85kg which is what i weighed teh day i went in to be induced, and came home after 7 days at 75 kg, crepped back to 76 kg ad then i found this site!! WAhoo, its such an awesome feeling!

The only thing that sucks is i havent changed dress size yet  I am a size 16 but i can fit into a few 14s pants, and shorts but still mostly a 16 which is disapointing. I am also worried about my excess skin, having two big bubbas (9lbs 8 oz) have strestched my skin beyond it springing back  Thats also why even thogh i lost 14 kg so far no one has noticed casue i still have so much weight in my tummy!

hi kristal

cant wait to see photos of your hair cut when it gets done 'hint hint' are u getting it coloured too or just a cut? what a great reward :)

i know what you mean about the excess skin. mine makes me shudder, even when i got 70kg last time it shrunk a lot but when im standing i can sorta hide it under clothes and tuck it into my jeans haha. but when im bending over or laying down on my side it hangs so bad. *sigh*
