Well done on the loss Kristal. Excess skin the joys of kids huh LOL . Dont worry bout it to much mate . dont see it as a flaw but as the joys of your two wonderful kids

yep i am heaps more positive in my thoughts of skin, as much as i whing about it i know it there and is a "war wound" from my two beautiful children, same as my ceeaser scar and the stretch marks :lol: :lol: :lol:

I feel great today, got up this morning and done some warm ups and some exercises, am a bit sore though lol, and had two good walks today, one with partner and kids, and the otehr with just me and the music pounding the pavement. Was bliss!

hey kristal you are definately making the most of your walking legs mate! good on you :) your hard work is definately paying off and i reckon your family would be so proud of you :)

lol i dont have a ceasar scar but i did have a 3rd degree tear. gotta love war wounds haha

feeling really tired and really drained.

I havent done too much in the way of exercise, i am walking every day (but i did that before i was trying to losse weight) but just feel like i should be doig more but am just too tired to get into it. :cry:

My eating is ok, have a few little blow outs (Kfc a few nigghts ago, some whizz fizz today), but i dunno i am just .. tired

hang in there kristal!! is there a social sport you can join?? i will often miss a walk because im tired, but no matter how tired i am, i wont miss my night of badminton! hope your feeling more energized soon. beck

thanks everyone :D when i feel like this i worry so much that i am going to have a relapse of the CFS (chronic Fatigue syndrome) i had 4 years ago, but its not, i just worry too much!!

had a ROTTEN day with teh kids today am BUGGERED!!!! But they are both in bed snoring now, so i am relaxing and catchin up on here!!

Managed a 14 min ride on bike
and a 30 min walk after partner got home from work, he got home and i was out teh door LOL, was great though, have to say Nickelback is fantastic to listen to, i soo wanted to jog, i really must invest in a good bra before i do that though LOL, and when will they invent shorts that dont creep up your butt?!?!?!?!?! :lol: :lol:

Great effort! Every bit puts you closer to your mini goal. Do you have something planned to reward yourself when you reach your mini goal?
