Well Im just so excited about this new section....so heres a little stuff about me.
In the Before and After section you wil find the pictures of me before i decided to address my weight problem. As a child and teenager I was alwaysn a little bit bigger that some of the kids but parents and family would always say ahhhh dont worry about it, its all just puppy fat. Going into my later teens i was always on a diet and at that stage my weight stayed around the same and i was a confortable 16 so i really didnt think anything more about..i was plump but i was ok.
Im now 25 and my starting weight was 135kg and boy was it a wake up call. Apart from the fact that i couldnt bare to look at myself in the mirror my body was starting to tell me to stop this now.
Now 5 weeks into eating healthy and on the road to recovery i am feeling better and better each day. I have lost 7 kgs so far and tonight i weigh again so fingers crossed. I always thought that dieting was boring and something that i always failed in the past, but now it is apart of my everyday life and I can quite easy say no to temptation and yes to the rest of my life being fit and healthy.
